Dinner In The Field
Join us for a gentle evening of fun and food!
We will serve nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine or a soft drink while everyone arrives and then, on the way to the marquee in the field, there's a brief, and optional, tour to see some of the animals and to hear about how the farm works. Then sit down to enjoy the full menu whilst watching the sunset.
Meat on the menu will be our very own, home grown and other ingredients will be chosen from those locally and seasonally available.
Wholesome food and nurturing surroundings.

Arrive at 6.00pm here at Vowley Farm.
Please bring your own alcoholic drinks, we will open any bottles for you - there is no corkage fee. Soft drinks included.
Light music while you eat.
Evening wear not essential... wellies and woollies might be!
The Menu
The menu for August hasn't been set yet, but to give you an idea, the menu in June was as follows :-
- Starters:
- Beetroot and goat's cheese salad
- Spicy sweetcorn fritters with homemade salsa
- Main Courses:
- Vowley Farm corned beef with Summer squeak
- Vegetable stuffed herb pancake parcels
- Both served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables
- Desserts:
- Homemade fresh summer fruits jelly and cream
- Chocolate meringue roulade
